What is the holiday schedule for Hoodview Disposal & Recycling?
The office will be closed on all major holidays.
Your garbage service will be delayed one day on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day if your service day falls on or after the holiday.
When should I set my garbage out for collection?
Please place your containers out at the curb the night before your service day, or by 5:00 AM on your service day, at the latest.
If I go on vacation can I stop my account?
For residential customers, vacation credit is given if you are gone for two consecutive weeks or more. Please contact us before leaving so that we can adjust your account and notify the drivers.
If my garbage is missed what do I do?
Please let us know immediately so we are aware. If we are not contacted, we do not know you have been missed. (Return trip fee may apply)
Can I recycle more than just cardboard at my business?
Yes, please contact us about additional commingle and glass recycling options in addition to your cardboard service.

Do I have to use Waste Connections Online Bill Pay to view my statements online?
No. We have arrangements with most banking institutions so that you can request e-bills from your Online Banking.
Can I view my service schedule online?
You certainly can! Our WasteConnect app is available here on the website or in the app stores.
